On Sunday 20:00h MESZ our BVB plays at München in the German Supercup. After Bayern München lost the last five matches in a row versus Borussia Dortmund they told the media that they are willing to do everything to win this match. I truly understand them, because when FC Bayern will be defeated for the 6th time in a row it will be very hard for them to live down during next season.
More interesting in my opinion is to ask how we should behave at this time of the pre-season. Should we give 100% and try to beat them again or should we take it as every other friendly match and replace many of our players to rest them and to test different formations. If we give 100% we take the risk that one of our players could get injured in an otherwise unimportant match.
What do you think?

Just like any other friendly. The best time for our young players to improve is against high quality players such as Bayern’s.
I believe they should treat the match like a usual friendly, use the match as an opportunity to indoctrinate our young BVB players into the lore of the rivalry. It is a long season and games like these will be forgotten quickly.
